Select products

• Browse by category/brand through the navigation bar, quickly find the category you want through the filter or directly use the search box to enter keywords to find products.

• After finding the product you like, select the correct product size (each product is equipped with a "Size Guide" link) and click "Add to Cart". You can click "Checkout" in the "Shopping Cart" column on the right side of the page. You can also edit the product quantity in the shopping cart or checkout page or continue browsing the website and add more items.

• Log in to your account or enter your address and email information to place an order without registration.

Payment and processing

• We support VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and you can pay directly online securely.

• You can also contact online customer service for other payment methods.

• After completing the payment, we will process your order within 2-3 business days.

• If we encounter any problems in processing your order, we will explain the situation to you by email and may ask you to provide more information.

Confirmation and delivery

• Before delivery, we will send you a real-life video/photo of the product via WhatsApp or email for you to confirm the quality.

    **Warm Tips**: If we do not receive your reply within 2 days, we will default to delivery to ensure timeliness.

• We ship worldwide via UPS, and some countries/regions will use the fastest route to deliver to their designated destinations.

Order Tracking

• After delivery, you will receive the courier number via email, and the information will be updated to your account "My Orders" so that you can check the logistics progress at any time.

• After receiving the tracking number, you can check it through 17track Logistics Tracking (https://www.17track.net/en).

• If your order has been shipped and you have not received the package beyond the normal transportation time, please notify us within 30 days. After 30 days, we will not be able to guarantee your successful refund.
